Casting the weapon active increases Lightning DMG by 20.0% for 30s (triggering it again refreshes the duration). Disciplinary Perdition equip bonus: Thunderstorms that continue striking in Predictor's Sentence deal 30.0% ATK of bonus Lightning DMG.
